Free features are provided as-is for informational purposes and may be limited or changed at any time.

• Premium unlocks unlimited AI conversations, data export, weekly summary emails, and other premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Base44 Payments until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Plans page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• A one-time advisory service: after you submit your question and complete payment, you receive a detailed written response by email, based on up to one hour of review by a qualified play therapist.
• The reply is delivered within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
• New consultation: £50. Further or new enquiry consultation: £60.
• Your question must be submitted through the consultation form before payment.

• Practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your situation.
• Delivery by email to the address you supply at checkout.

• Ongoing or follow-up correspondence (a new consultation is required for further questions).
